We use a secure server and PGP encryption for all customer details entered through our website. Credit Card payments are not processed online and are subject to review and authorisation by Essential Audio before processing. Our payment preference is through online bank transfers as this is the cheapest and simplest method for both the customer and ourselves. However, bank transfers can take as long as 2 days which delays the processing of your order until funds have cleared. Credit card payments although incur a surcharge allow immediate processing. If a particular product is not in stock then an order will not be placed with our supplier until either confirmation of payment has been made or a credit card authorisation has been processed. Your credit card will be charged before your order has been dispatched . Orders cannot be dispatched until funds have cleared!
