The Loudspeaker Kit M5 MKIII DIY kit is a revision of the highly popular MKI kit. The main change is a switch to the Peerless Engineering 5" shielded woofer which has a smoother midrange performance than its predecessor. It also features a round deco ring and thus the cutout is no longer rebated making veneering this kit even easier than before.

This high performance, small sized bookshelf speaker equally suits both music applications as well as home cinema. It is an ideal all purpose speaker and works equally well as mains, rear surrounds or stand alone speakers. It is also well suited to near field monitoring work in home studio's or live music applications. It's high quality shielding means it can be used in close proximity to TV's and PC monitors.

The Loudspeaker Kit C5 Centre Channel DIY kit is designed to be a perfect match to our MKII M5 and F5 DIY loudspeaker kits for use in DD/DTS applications. It utilises the same Vifa tweeter as used in the M5 and F5 and a pair of the 5" Peerless Engineering woofers as usd in the M5 and F5 also. It is also ideally suited to those seeking a high performance centre channel for matching other existing speakers.  

It's fully magnetically shielded and light enough to be mounted on the wall or on top of the TV.

The C5 handles high volume home theatre levels easily and is our best "all round" performer when a mix of cost and performance is required. Bass output is good and when used with digital home theatre receivers the speaker can be set to "small" or "large" in the setup menu depending upon the volume level and bass performance required.

 

TIP - the C5 is the best choice for an "aftermarket" centre channel if you are trying to match an existing pair of speakers you already own.

The Loudspeaker Kit F5 MKIII Floorstanding DIY kit is our entry level floor standing speaker, a big sound with a small footprint.

The Loudspeaker Kit MKIII F5 DIY Floorstanding DIY kit is an MTM (Midbass, Tweeter, Midbass) speaker designed for a primary role as music speakers and also as L/R speakers in a full sized home cinema system. It is a slightly scaled down version of the F6 Floorstanding DIY loudspeaker kit with a performance that far exceeds it's size. Standing at almost 1M tall, the F5 is a narrow aspect speaker which means that it can fit into tight spaces and it's front firing ports mean it can be pushed back close to the wall. 

Fully shielded for HT use, this MTM tower uses the same excellent 5" woofers from Peerless Engineering as used in the M5 and C5 along with a Vifa Mylar dome tweeter in an EBS (Extended Bass Shelf) alignment designed to extract maximum bass performance.
